If you are experiencing problems with your computer or your schools network you need to call the Help Desk. The Help Desk will try to solve your problem over the phone and generate a work order if required. The help desks hours of operation are between 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.Monday through Friday. When you call please have the following information available:

  • Your username (if applicable).
  • The type of computer that you are using.
  • The software application that you are currently using (if it is problematic) and the approximate time it stopped functioning.
  • Any error messages or error numbers that appear on your screen.
  • Computer/Device Serial Number and/or DUSD Asset Tag Number
